Radi se o različitim pristupima: njemački controlling teži dugoročnoj strategiji, dok američki naglašava kratkoročno financijsko upravljanje i analizu troškova. Koristimo Njemački model, ne zbog pristranosti, već zbog sveobuhvatnosti.
